  • In this non-directive approach, you lead the conversation to discover your own solutions, while I provide support and empathy.

  • DBT teaches you skills to manage emotions, cope with stress, and improve relationships by focusing on mindfulness and emotional regulation.

  • EFT helps couples reconnect by addressing emotional disconnects and restoring physical and emotional bonds in the relationship.

  • IFS helps you explore and heal different sub-personalities or parts within yourself, focusing on addressing and soothing painful emotions like anger or shame.
